Oratorical Contest in family blood

The Caccia of Dallas, Pa. has a son or daughter who has participated in the Legion Oratorical Contest every year. They also participate in Girls State and Boys State. Joe has volunteered as a counselor after attending Boys State. They are home-schooled and each graduate has gained lawful employment. Since the Constitution, especially the Separation of Powers Doctrine is currently in the news; it would be an interesting story featuring this unique family and their Legion ties.

Clarence J. Michael, Past Commander writes a monthly column in the Back Mountain Community News. The post puts forth excellent public relations.
