A plaque was awarded and presented, by Ron Metros, to the American Legion Riders Director David Shipley and all members of The American Legion Riders Post 941 in Donegal for their support and contributions to the Fayette County United Veterans Billeting.

The Riders have worked effortlessly to prepare, paint, clean, and finance two Fayette County homes to house veteran women and their children and veteran men. The purpose of these homes is to provide "a hand up" to veterans in need, through assisting in job acquiring while providing housing.

Dave Shipley, director of the American Legion Riders Post 941, is presented a plaque by Ron Metros, coordinator of United Veterans Billeting of Fayette County.
