The American Legion Rider Chapter Donates to the Wounded Warrior Project
The Wounded Warrior Project in Pittsburgh, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting veterans and active service members, received $10,000 from the American Legion Riders chapter in Westerville.
The donation was collected from the 13th Annual memorial Ride for Jarrid King, which took place earlier this summer.
Shawn Seguin, alumni manger for the Wounded Warrior in the Pittsburgh region, discussed what this means for the project. Shawn said, "This means everything and it's our lifeline. Each one of these dollars goes back to supporting one of my brothers and sisters and taking care of their family."
The next planned charity ride for the Westerville Legion riders is in July 2025.
