Ahead of ‘America’s Game’ – of which we are a sponsor – we want to hear what the game means to those who attended either U.S. service academy.

The American Legion has joined in an official partnership with the Army-Navy Football Game presented by USAA, which will be played for the 125th time on Dec. 14, 2024. The American Legion becomes the first veterans service organization to sponsor “America’s Game” in its history.

Ahead of the game, we’d like to hear from alumni from the U.S. Military Academy and the U.S. Naval Academy who have attended the game. We’d like to know what the game meant to you then, as well as what it still means to you. Share with us the atmosphere of the game, what it felt like to take part in the March On, and how you celebrated the win (or dealt with the loss).

Email sbrooks@legion.org with your story and contact information. We’d like to share as many stories as possible in our various media channels.

The American Legion has secured a multi-year deal alongside presenting sponsor USAA and participating partners Chevrolet, Exchange, Duke Cannon Supply Co. and Palantir. The American Legion will also be participating in year-round sponsorships of both Army West Point Athletics and Navy Athletics. The agreement starts with this year’s game at Commanders Field in Landover, Md., and helps The American Legion raise awareness about its Be the One mission to reduce the number of veterans and servicemembers lost to suicide.

The 2024 Army-Navy Game will be televised on CBS on Saturday, Dec. 14, at 3 p.m. Eastern and broadcast nationally on Westwood One Radio. America’s Game is the greatest rivalry in all of sports. Learn more at ArmyNavyGame.com.
