SCHOLARSHIP ENDOWMENT COMMITTEE

Chairman Samuel Worley opened the meeting at 10:30 AM. Chairman Worley called for a roll call of those present. Chairman Worley Referenced the information given to us about the current students Graduating in 2023 and 2024 and asked us to make a motion to fund the $7000.00 for their scholarships. A motion by Charles Oakley and a Second by James McCurdy to Approve the Motion. Accepted by all. Chairman Worley said we should start taking applications at our September meeting if we have sufficient funds at that time. It was mentioned that at that meeting we should advertise that we are taking applications for 2024 school terms. Samuel Worley mentioned that he is waiting for the Riders to visit him to help celebrate his 103rd birthday.
