- The opening of the Exhibit Hall and Emblem Sales at 8 a.m. in Hall E, 1st Floor of the convention center;

- Committee meetings;

- The Color Guard Contests at 4 p.m. in Hall D, 1st Floor of the convention center, with several JROTC units competing.
