BRUCE ROBERSON, CSO BE THE ONE COFFEE

Bruce Roberson served a four-year tour with the US Air Force, where he was assigned to four Air Force Commands: NORAD, the Strategic Air Command (SAC), the Tactical Air Command (TAC), and the Pacific Air Command (PACAF). During his service, he participated in combat activities in Southeast Asia as a member of the USAF Security Forces.

After his military service, Bruce earned degrees in Business and Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina System. He has held executive positions with major suppliers of information technology to the healthcare industry, including Allscripts, McDonnell Douglas Corporation (McAuto), American Express Health Information Division, IBAX Healthcare (a joint venture of IBM and Baxter), McKesson’s Health Systems Group, NDC Health, General Electric Healthcare , athenahealth, and ProxyMed. At ProxyMed, he was the fourth employee and played a key role in taking the company public on the Nasdaq exchange. He also served as the first Director of Business Development for First Consulting Group (FCG).

In addition to his corporate career, Bruce has had a successful entrepreneurial career. He founded NIH Research, Inc., a premier lead generation and market research company in healthcare informatics, which is now in its 30th year of operation.

Bruce retired in 2023 and has since partnered with the American Legion headquarters in Indianapolis to introduce Be The One Coffee. This initiative aims to raise awareness and take action to help end veteran suicide, with a portion of each sale going to the Be The One program.
