Fall DEC in Harrisburg this past weekend

A lot of good information was presented as well business items taken care of. ‘Be the One’ training followed with Columbia University conducting suicide prevention training. Veterans carry the highest rate of suicide of groups in the United States. Marilyn Tully was honored as a Gold Star mother in a very heartfelt ceremony.
