The finance committee again this year with a full committee of Ben Suchocki, Ed Gallahger and myself. To face new and some of the same old challengers of the new year. Our thanks to the comptroller Kim Wert and the assistant comptroller Jeannette Harner for their help in keep our department running. Our committee looks forward for another great year with support of our membership who take part in our programs. When you put the committee together with help of the comptroller and the input from other leadership in the department, we make sound decisions that benefit our department. Again, the problems this past year is the raising cost insurance and the lawsuits have put a big dent in our reserve funds that forced dues increase. Me, Ben & Ed look forward to the year ahead. We again would like to thank all the members who support our programs.
