The American Legion Department of Pennsylvania, September 15, 2023 at 10:00 am. POW/MIA Ceremony meeting was held at Department Headquarters on August 12, 2023. Chairman Gerald Heid conducted the meeting with Eastern Vice Chairman John Amole, Central Vice Chairman Manuel Griffin, Western Vice Chairman David Hochstein. Guest included Department Commander Stephen Lavelle and Department Adjutant James Woody Hogan, Discussion was held on each of the vice chairs to bring a person to ring the bell after the names are read. It was also discussed that we would meet at the Department Headquarters at 8:30 am to take the shuttle bus to the Capital building in Harrisburg PA. The program will start at 10:00 am. I would like to thank Commander Stephen Lavelle for selecting me for this position
